Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Sora 10

Drain all water from the robotic cleaner, clean the filter canisters, and securely pack the device along with the charging station and all accessories into the original protective packaging.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
